What is CPA Marketing?

CPA stands for "Cost Per Action". This means that you will only pay us whenever a consumer completes a required action on your campaign, as defined by you. Typically an action is when a lead or sale is generated.

Example: a consumer clicks on your affiliate link and is taken to a dating website where they must create a free profile. Once they have completed the profile creation, it is considered an "action" and you will be paid the specified commission for that campaign.

What is a Publisher?

A Publisher (or Affiliate) is a person or company that makes money online by promoting 3rd party services or products over the Internet. They can be website owners, email marketers, search marketers, etc.

What is an Advertiser?

An Advertiser is a company that is selling a product or service over the Internet. Publishers take their advertisements and promote them on their websites, email lists, on search engines, etc.

What is an Affiliate Network?

An Affiliate Network (like GetAds) connects Publishers and Advertisers and manages the tracking and payments for all parties involved. It is advantageous for Advertisers to work with Networks because they gain access to thousands of Affiliates without having to manage the relationship with each one. Affiliates benefit from Networks be gaining access to higher payouts and more products & services to promote.

Getting Approved For GetAds

Do you accept International Publishers?

Yes. We work with Publishers from all over the world. However, applicants in certain areas may need to provide us with referrals before they are accepted into GetAds.

Do I need to have a website to get approved?

No. Having a website is not a requirement. We understand that Publishers promote offers in a multitude of different ways, not all of them involving a website. Just make sure that if you do not have a website, you are very clear in your application in describing how you will be promoting our offers.

How can I get approved quickly?

The best way to get approved for GetAds is to fill out the application to the best of your ability, leaving nothing out. Be sure to explain how you will be promoting our offers and what methods you are using to get traffic. We are very thorough in our approval process, and the more information you give us the easier it will be to get you approved.

Getting Paid By GetAds

When do I get paid?

Publishers are paid on a Net 15 basis. This means that you will be paid on the 15th of each month for the previous month's commissions.

What is the default payment method?

The default payment method is Check by mail.

Can I get paid using PayPal or Wire Transfer?

Yes, but approval is required. Contact your Affiliate Manager for details.

Can I get paid bi-weekly or weekly?

Yes, but certain volume requirements must be met and approval is required. Contact your Affiliate Manager for details.
