A general day here at Get Ads starts with a fresh dose of ESPN.  In fact our TV is tuned into the world wide leader in sports typically for the rest of the day.

Of course we don’t pay attention to most of the programming that goes on otherwise we would get nothing accomplished during the day. I will admit this mild interference turns into 7 or 8 reruns of sports news that I can segment together a previous days sports highlights about as well as any sports enthusiast.

Right at 3 PM MST my favorite ESPN program called Around The Horn airs. The show satellites in four sports columnist from around the country and the host Tony Reali, who awards points for their arguments on the hottest issues in sports.

I am a fan of this show not so much for the insight it gives me but the quirky chalkboard quotes written behind Denver Post’s own columnist Woody Paige.  During an episode Woody writes out on a chalkboard behind him a quote of the day.  These quotes are dry in humor and articulation candid, perfect for Facebook status updates.
