One of the most common mistakes I see in the industry is that we like to be comfortable; we like to only do what we know.  I say, “Get out of Your Comfort Zone”, make things happen.  If you stay in one place and keep doing the same things, never venturing outside the box, everyone will pass you by.  We all know that change is inevitable.  It’s those who anticipate and monitor the change that will be able to adapt the quickest.
