We are excited to announce the new position of Advertising Account Executive/ Compliance Specialist with James Pineda (we all know him as JP).

So without further adue, here is a short introduction to JP:

Something about you (what you like etc):
I am the kind of guy that you will always see with a smile on my face.  Although I am very dedicated and driven, I like to live a free spirited life filled with friends and family.  I love to travel, I love live music and I love to let loose while doing all of the above.  If there was a song that could describe me the best, I would have to say that it was the “Joker” by Steve Miller Band.

Experience in the industry:
My introduction into the internet and affiliate marketing was on the compliance side about two years ago.  The broad perspective and experience taught me a lot and made me realize how important it is to stay right on the pulse of what’s going on.  I am excited to incorporate that experience in my new role as the Advertising Account Executive/Compliance Specialist.

What you like about working in this industry:
There are a lot of smart and fun people, that encourage you to be successful. To me that means, you can make yourself.  There are exciting ideas happening all the time.  There is nothing monotonous about it, and there’s opportunity everyday if you are willing to just take it.

What you want to bring to GetAds:
I will bring attention to detail and the ability to stay focused, while still having a smile on my face.  Having dealt with a lot of fires on the compliance side, I think I will bring a unique ability to deal with heat to the table.  Once you’re conditioned to deal with a certain level of pressure, you can support the people around you simply by staying consistent when things shift.  I look forward to being a solid member of the Getads team and helping the company rise to the next level.
