Pho is one of our favorite things to go eat at GetAds. Since Beau is new here and hasn’t experience Pho yet, we decided to go yesterday.

If you aren’t familiar, Pho s a Vietnamese beef and noodle soup. The soup includes noodles made from rice and is often served with basil, lime, bean sprouts and peppers that are added to the soup by the consumer.

Since you add the toppings yourself, the combinations are endless. Below are a few of the GetAds crew favorites.

George: I like a number ten it has the noodles and beef and steak fire hot with jalapeños and sriracha.

Daniel: I like the rare steak one, I only add limes

Beau: The spicier the better, lots of peppers and Sriracha
Winston: I like #14 which is rare steak..I get extra meat..but I don’t add anything cause spicy food does not do well for me..

However, I always wash it down with a strawberry boba..

Laura: I like the #10, with lots of sprouts, cilantro, basil and as many limes as I can get.

Jamie: #79 Dac Biet – Beef noodle soup combo with rare steak, well done brisket, flank, tendon and trip. I then add lime, sprouts, jalapenos and sriracha hot chili sauce!!! I’m hungry again.

Mike: #10, no onions with jalapenos.

Sean: I also like the Dac Biet, I put sprouts, saracha, limes, and hoisen sauce.

Vince: Medium 10 which is flank steak. No onions. Tons of Siracha(sp), soy, basil, jalepenos, bean sprouts and 3 limes squeezed to death

So the only real question is, How do you like your Pho?
